About Matrix
Matrix Business Systems, Inc. is a Lincoln, Nebraska technology company. For approximately two decades, Matrix has worked with organizations making decisions about workplace technology, output infrastructure, workflow, and support.
Institutional Identity
Responsibility
We begin by understanding how the work operates, then determine what technology and support structure fit the requirements. Matrix designs the environment, implements it, supports it, and remains responsible for continuing judgment about its fit.
Accountability does not mean Matrix performs every action. An appropriate environment may use customer capability, Matrix capability, manufacturer or platform resources, specialized expertise, automation, and defined escalation.
It also is not a guarantee of uptime, savings, security, compliance, or every business result. It is a commitment to remain answerable for the recommendation, its operating boundaries, and the support structure around it.
From Understanding to Continued Fit
Examine the work, the people, the locations, the constraints, and what must continue.
Translate the operating decision into an environment that can be deployed and supported.
Keep internal capability, Matrix support, platform resources, and specialized escalation in appropriate roles.
As work, requirements, or technology change, help determine whether the environment still fits. This is an operating responsibility, not a claim of a formal periodic-review program.
Technology Experience
Matrix works with output, workflow, information-control, and visual-communication technologies, including Epson and Brother business-output platforms, Kyocera TASKalfa, and PaperCut workflow products.
Those relationships describe practical platform experience. They do not, by themselves, claim manufacturer authorization, certification, endorsement, or guaranteed results.

InPower addresses output recovery and avoidable external dependency where the operating environment supports a different model. It moves appropriate, bounded capability closer to the work while preserving support and specialized escalation.
InPower does not define every Matrix engagement, and its use does not imply manufacturer endorsement.
