Copiers & Enterprise Multifunction Systems

The right device for the work around it.

Matrix helps organizations choose multifunction systems by workload, workflow, security, usability, continuity, and support requirements rather than specifications alone.

Core Epson Enterprise Family

AM-C4000. AM-C5000. AM-C6000.

40 ISO ppm

AM-C4000

A3 color capability for departments and shared environments requiring a compact enterprise platform.

50 ISO ppm

AM-C5000

A balanced enterprise system for organizations that need productive color output, scanning, and flexible paper handling.

60 ISO ppm

AM-C6000

Higher-speed A3 color output for active departments, healthcare, campuses, and demanding shared workflows.

All three support A3 output and optional finishing configurations. Matrix helps determine which speed and configuration fit the actual environment.

Application Fit

Enterprise capability without designing around heat.

The AM-Series uses PrecisionCore Heat-Free technology to deliver fast first-page output, lower power consumption, and a simplified imaging architecture. The value is not the technology name. It is what the engineering changes for the operation.

  • Right-sized speed from 40 to 60 ISO ppm
  • A3 printing, scanning, and optional finishing
  • Advanced security capabilities and authentication options
  • Screen-based guidance that supports clearer, bounded intervention

Healthcare is one example where continuity, energy use, output availability, and staff time all influence the decision.

Why Local Capability Is Reasonable

The customer is not becoming the technician.

PrecisionCore changes the engineering first. InPower then limits customer actions to clear, guided recovery while Matrix retains responsibility for escalation.

  2. Preheat the fuser
  3. Charge the photoreceptor drum

What Replaces the Complexity

An all-in-one MEMS chip integrates the functional elements of the printhead.

A small electrical current flexes piezoelectric elements to eject ink through microscopic nozzles. The imaging process does not require a fuser, photoreceptor drum, transfer belt, or plastic toner powder.

Fewer process stages and fewer maintenance parts mean fewer reasons for conventional mechanical intervention. That is what makes guided local recovery credible.

01

Technology removes dependency

The simplified imaging architecture eliminates several heat-based process stages and associated maintenance parts.

02

People follow bounded actions

Users identify conditions at the screen and perform only clear recovery or replacement actions defined by the model.

03

Matrix retains responsibility

Anything outside the defined boundary follows an understood escalation path. Local capability does not become someone’s second job.

Engineering Outcome

Rethink sustainability as an operating decision.

Epson's Heat-Free design addresses energy use, consumables, waste, and warm-up at the source rather than compensating after the fact.

Up to 86% less electricity

Up to 53% less waste

What we help you decide.

  • Device size, speed, color, finishing, and recommended volume
  • Network, authentication, security, scanning, and user-access requirements
  • Purchase, lease, supplies, service, and lifecycle approach
  • Whether a simple equipment decision reveals a broader continuity or dependency concern
